Welcome to Evoke Visuals. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Evoke Visuals website and services. By accessing this website or engaging Evoke Visuals for services, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Business Information

Evoke Visuals provides architectural CGI and visualisation services including photorealistic rendered stills and cinematic architectural films for architects, design studios, and related professionals.

 

2. Scope of Services

Evoke Visuals offers the following services:

  • Conceptual Package — atmospheric rendered stills for early-stage architectural presentations

  • Presentation Package — cinematic stills and short architectural films for presentations and marketing

  • Atmosphere Studies — visual explorations of light, materials, mood, and spatial atmosphere

All deliverables are digital only.

 

3. Client Engagement Process

​

Projects generally follow the workflow below:

  1. Client inquiry through website, email, or Instagram

  2. Discovery discussion regarding project scope

  3. Submission of proposal and quotation

  4. Confirmation upon acceptance and advance payment

  5. Production and revision stages

  6. Final delivery of approved files

  7. Balance payment prior to release of final high-resolution deliverables (unless otherwise agreed)

Evoke Visuals reserves the right to decline projects at its discretion.

 

4. Fees & Payment Terms

​

  • All pricing is quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments are accepted via:

    • Bank transfer

    • UPI

  • A 50% advance payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Remaining balance is payable before final delivery of high-resolution files.

  • International clients are responsible for any currency conversion charges, banking fees, or transfer costs.

Late payments may result in delays in delivery or suspension of ongoing work.

 

5. Deliverables

​

Deliverables may include:

  • High-resolution rendered still images

  • CGI visualisations

  • Cinematic architectural films

  • Animation files

Supported file formats may include:

  • JPEG

  • PNG

  • TIFF

  • MP4

Files are delivered digitally through platforms such as Google Drive or WeTransfer.

No physical goods are produced, shipped, or sold.

 

6. Revisions

​

Each project includes a limited number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal or agreement.

Additional revisions, scope changes, or design alterations beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees and revised timelines.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

​

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate project information

  • Architectural drawings and references

  • Material specifications where applicable

  • Timely feedback and approvals

Evoke Visuals is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information provided by the client.

 

8. Intellectual Property

​

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • All pre-production materials, working files, and methodologies remain the property of Evoke Visuals.

  • Final deliverables are licensed to the client for agreed project-related usage.

  • Evoke Visuals retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, and promotional materials.

Clients requesting confidentiality or non-disclosure must communicate this in writing prior to project commencement.

Third-party assets, textures, models, fonts, or plugins used in production may remain subject to their respective licenses.

 

9. Portfolio & Promotional Rights

​

Evoke Visuals may publish completed project visuals on:

  • Website portfolio

  • Instagram and social media platforms

  • Digital publications

  • Marketing materials

unless a prior written confidentiality agreement exists.

10. Project Timelines

​

Estimated timelines are provided based on project scope and available information.

Timelines may be affected by:

  • Delayed client feedback

  • Scope revisions

  • Changes in project requirements

  • Technical issues outside reasonable control

Evoke Visuals is not liable for delays caused by client-side approvals or external dependencies.

 

11. Cancellation & Suspension

​

If a project is cancelled after commencement:

  • Advance payments are non-refundable.

  • Work completed up to the cancellation date may be invoiced proportionally.

  • Evoke Visuals reserves the right to suspend work for non-payment, communication delays, or breach of agreement.

 

12. Website Use

​

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the website

  • Attempt unauthorized access

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without permission

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

All website content, including visuals, branding, text, and graphics, remains the intellectual property of Evoke Visuals unless otherwise stated.

 

13. Data Collection & Privacy

The website may collect:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Project details

through contact forms only.

The website does not:

  • Process online payments

  • Sell physical products

  • Provide user accounts

  • Store payment card information

Information submitted is used solely for project communication and business operations.

14. Limitation of Liability

Evoke Visuals shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Business interruption

  • Loss of profits

  • Delays caused by third-party platforms or software

  • Decisions made based on visual representations prior to construction

Architectural visualisations are artistic and representational in nature. Final built outcomes may differ from rendered imagery.

 

15. International Clients

Evoke Visuals operates remotely and may provide services to clients outside India.

Clients engaging services from outside India are responsible for compliance with their local laws, tax obligations, and import/export regulations relating to digital creative services.

 

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

​

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

 

17. Changes to These Terms

​

Evoke Visuals may update these Terms periodically without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
